In an engaging new video, the Service Department of MarineMax Lindenhurst takes center stage as award-winning showcase. Covering 17 acres with 250 slips, the visually impressive facility is proud to announce they have recently landed the prestigious Brunswick Ambassador Award for 2014.
“All of us are very proud to have won this award,” says Kevin Schroder, Service Manager at Lindenhurst. He goes on to congratulate all 30 people in the Service Department that has been servicing boats for over 20 years. Today it features the latest repair equipment and laptop applications available in the industry.
Brunswick certified MarineMax Lindenhurst as a shining example of what a dealership should be in the sales and service of Sea Ray, Boston Whaler and Meridian boats. They also carry Sailfish and the new line of jet boats from Scarab.
The facility continues to service every make and model with the same commitment to friendly professionalism and technical excellence. “We’ve been compared to a five-star restaurant experience in terms of our people, service and our depth of capabilities,” notes Schroder.
Schroder recommends boaters schedule an early launch to allow the team enough time to do a thorough check on the boat and spot any problems before they become problems. This same service commitment fans out across the region with mobile service vans that run from Brooklyn to Montauk and all the water in between.
In fact, starting after Memorial Day MarineMax will have one of its trucks in Montauk every Wednesday for on-location service and repair, backed up by a full parts department that either has the part in stock or can get it within a day or so.
“If you have a problem with your boat, give us a call and we’d be happy to help you out” says Schroder, “We’ll get you back on the water as fast as we can.”
